engineering application which converts and calculates over 1800 unit
conversions. The conversion database is customizable, and includes 20 data

architects, educators, students, etc. will find Conversion Pro a handy desktop
utility. Conversion Pro for OS/2 is by far, the most comprehensive utility of its
kind.

SICon

- The primary use for SICon is to convert numerical data to/from various units of measurement. While
focusing on conversions between the metric and Imperial (English) systems of measurement, it is
capable of performing conversions between many other units, foreign, ancient, and archaic. SICon's
capabilities have grown to the point that it is capable of performing well over 350,000 different types
of conversions. You would have a difficult time finding a measurement unit that is not already
included in SICon. Even if you could, SICon has the capability of storing any special conversion units
that you might come up with in a special "Custom" conversion class. All in all, SICon is a very comprehensive program. An installation program (SETUP.EXE) is
included to make it easy to get SICon set up on your system. SICon is very useful for educators in
teaching unit conversions, for students in the sciences, for anyone in the business world who must
make occasional or frequent conversions between various systems of measurement, or even for the
homeowner for performing unit conversions in the shop or even the kitchen. SICon is well worth the
registration fee of $14.95.

- The Metric Conversion Calculator v1.1: When given a value in one unit
measuring system, will list several units in another measuring system. The
calculator provides basic mathematical functions, and over 30 units to choose
from, including temperature, volume, area, distance, and weight measures in
metric and imperial systems. When converting between units, the value in the
calculator display is not replaced; rather, as many as 6 related unit measures
are listed, showing the appropriate value. That is, given kilometers, the
system lists the corresponding number of miles, yards, feet, inches, furlongs
and leagues.

- Win convert is a Metric / Standard Conversion utility for Windows. It
has nearly 900 conversion types. These conversion types are broken up
into groups within the conversion database which can be managed by the
built in Conversion Manager. It has many features like copying and
pasting numbers between applications and you can add, edit and delete the
conversion types as needed.
