At it's worst, Demon city is just a modern day ninja like movie.

It is the near future. Levih Rah has made a pact with the demons. He gets power, they get everything else. To prepare for the coming of the demons, he creates a demon city in the Shinjuku district of Toyko.

Three days before Ray's evil plans comes to fruition, the father of the pretty Sayaka Rama is taken captive by the evil Levih Rah. Sayaka asks Kyoya, the son of the last man to battle Rah, for help. Together they enter the Demon City and meet many monsters and some unlikely allies.

Demon City Shinjuku is not a bad anime. The good persons at The Right Stuf International classified this film as ADULT. Another note of interest: In the movie Jonny Mnenonic, a frame from Demon city Shinjuku was used as part of the access key to the data that Jonny was carrying around in his head.
