Madox, a high tech piece of body armor is lost in transit. It is found by Sujimoto Koji, who manages to activate it before he has had a chance to read all the instructions. Now Sujimoto is trapped.

Sujimoto then figures that it would be a good idea to visit his girl friend one last time before she left to go to school overseas. Of course, natural thing to do....

He would have made it too, had not one Lt. Kilgore gotten in the way. The good Lt. is a bit ticked off at the Madox, as he lost rather badly to it in a demo run.

Madox-01, Metal Skin Panic has a lot of one liners in it, and is a lot of fun to watch, even if it reminds me of The Guyver in a lot of ways.
