The Night Before The Carnival special, also known as Episode number 7.

Kagato has been destroyed and all returns to normal in the Masaki household, or at least as normal as things can be when there are five alien women living there.

Tenchi still has adventures of sorts, they are simply more domestic.

The Night Before The Carnival special is an amusing sequel to the first Tenchi Muyo OAV series. It has slightly better animation and has some slightly more adult themes then the OAV series.

I also have the dub of this piece of anime. I thought the voices were pretty good. There is some slight toning down of the adult themes, compared to the subtitled version.
